Welcome to the updated VTV.fi site
The new VTV.fi website was launched on 25 November 2025. In particular, the improved features of the new website include skimmable reports and easier information searches.
Several new features in reports
The Reports section provides a clearer list of the reports published by the NAOF. The reports can also be filtered using different criteria. Upcoming reports to be published within the following year will also be highlighted. And if you are interested in a specific report type, such as Finnish Transparency Register reports, election and political party funding reports or audit reports, you can easily browse the report type in question directly in the site’s top menu.
Various pull quotes will be used on the new report pages to structure information. The new view is already available for two recent reports: State budget expenditure increases during the COVID-19 pandemic and Building capabilities in the development programmes of the Finnish Defence Forces.
Audit report recommendations will be displayed directly on the report page. When an audit follow-up has been completed, an indication of how well the general government has implemented the NAOF’s recommendations will be attached to them. The audit report in question will also appear on the homepage of the VTV.fi service, labelled as ‘Follow-up completed’.

The website’s accessibility will be tested soon, and the necessary corrections will be made.
Next year, we will start planning the further development of the website, ensuring that it will remain up to date also after its launch.
