Join the NAOF

At the National Audit Office of Finland (NAOF), you will be doing meaningful work in interesting tasks with high societal impact.

The NAOF employs around 150 experts of different fields with a wide variety of educational backgrounds. Most of our staff members have an academic degree in business administration, economics or political or administrative sciences.

The emphasis in the NAOF’s audit and expert work is on economic methods, competence in ICT and systems, data analytics and methodology, interactive and communications skills as well as project competence. The key requirement is an ability to learn while working in different tasks and to master new competence areas.

NAOF as an employer

We also enjoy getting together outside the working hours, for example to play floorball and talk about books. The personnel have access to the gym in the property.

The NAOF’s vacancies are posted on the website Valtiolle.fi. Check this site for job offers. You can also submit an open application to Valtiolle.fi. However, you should note that open applications are only considered for fixed-term public-service positions (such as traineeships). The NAOF is unable to consider open applications when recruiting for permanent positions.
