Guidance
The NAOF provides guidance services on the use of the Finnish Transparency Register, on issues related to election campaign and political party funding, and on submitting complaints and reports of irregularities.

The National Audit Office of Finland has offices in Helsinki and Oulu.

Invoicing information
The National Audit Office of Finland only accepts invoices submitted as e-invoices in accordance with the European standard. Invoices sent by email or on paper will not be processed.

Complaint
Anyone can submit a complaint to the National Audit Office of Finland (NAOF). Complaints are investigated free of charge.

Report of an irregularity
A central government authority or agency, an unincorporated state enterprise or a state fund must report an irregularity to the NAOF without delay once the irregularity has been detected.
