Maintenance of the business cycle heatmap has ended

Maintenance of the business cycle heatmap on the VTV.fi website ended when the fiscal policy monitoring task was transferred from the National Audit Office to the Economic Policy Council at the beginning of 2026. We regret that the heatmap is no longer available.

However, the NAOF continues to conduct fiscal policy audits and to regularly assess the reliability of the Ministry of Finance’s economic forecasts.
