The audit investigated how regional Information Society projects linked to the objectives in Finland's Information Society Programme and broadband strategy have been conducted and how they have been coordinated regionally and nationally. The audit focused on three key aspects of Information Society projects: the development of online public services particularly in the JUPA project, the implementation of the broadband strategy and Information Society projects promoting regional equality through the use of information and communication technology. This document contains a summary of the main results of the audit. The entire audit report is available only in Finnish.
