Discretionary support systems in the administrative sector of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry

On the basis of the audit, the administrative sector’s strategic competence has not been reformed to meet the requirements of acting in an international competition environment. The audit examined the clarity of the criteria for discretionary support and the use of discretion in different support systems. This document contains a summary of the main results of the audit.
