The commercial exploitation of intellectual property rights by VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland

The Ministry of Employment and the Economy should in the near future consider whether it makes sense for VTT to act as an investor. The main question in the audit was: How well has VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland succeeded in commercially exploiting the protected intellectual property rights (IPR) that it owns?
