Website accessibility statement
The VTV.fi website is subject to the Act on the Provision of Digital Services. Under the Act, public web services must be accessible. This means that the website must meet the A and AA level requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 criteria.
This website was published on 25 November 2025, and an accessibility assessment will be conducted soon.
This accessibility statement was drawn up on 1 April 2020 and updated on 28 August 2024. The accessibility of the website was assessed by the National Audit Office of Finland together with a technology provider and a third party.

Did you notice a problem related to accessibility on our website? You can give feedback using the feedback form and we will do our best to fix it. You can also give us feedback by sending email to accessibility@vtv.fi.
You are entitled, on reasonable grounds, to receive any information you need in order to clarify or execute your interests, rights or obligations in an accessible format. If you are not able to receive such information from our web service in an accessible format, you can make a request by email or form. We will respond to your request within 14 days. If the request relates to a large amount of content, we can extend the response time by a maximum of two weeks. We will notify you if the response time is extended. If we do not provide the information in an accessible format, we will issue a justified certificate of this for you in writing.
